Custom charcoal packaging is part of our OEM / private-label service: we print your brand onto the same finished, lab-graded BBQ charcoal briquettes we manufacture to stock, across three nested layers — the retail box or wrap the shopper sees, the inner pack inside it, and the full-color master carton the importer receives. Artwork, language, and barcode are yours; the charcoal is ours, made in our own factory rather than bought in. Engineered for BBQ and grilling — not shisha.
Custom Charcoal Packaging Structure
Private-label charcoal ships in a three-tier structure: master carton → inner pack → retail box or wrap. You can brand one tier, two, or all three — a distributor moving bulk may print only the master carton, while a retail program prints down to the consumer box. The table below sets out each layer, what it does, and the print surfaces available; quantities per tier and any print-volume minimums are quoted against your specification, not listed here.

Print Options
Three print surfaces cover most private-label programs:
- Full-color retail box. A printed consumer box or wrap carrying your brand, product copy, weight, and the GTIN/barcode the retailer scans at checkout.
- Inner sticker / label. A printed sticker or label applied to the inner pack — the lower-cost route to a branded sub-unit without tooling a full retail box.
- Master-carton print. Full-color or single-color printing on the outer carton, with the brand, handling marks, and lot/shipping marks an importer needs on the dock.
You can combine these freely. Print artwork, color count, material, and run size all drive cost, so we quote each program against your supplied artwork and order volume rather than publishing a fixed price.

Bilingual & Arabic Labeling
We print per-market and bilingual labeling, including Arabic, so the same product can ship correctly into different destinations. The packaging carries your brand, the consumer-facing language(s) the market requires, and the weight and product declarations in the right script — Latin and Arabic copy side by side where a bilingual layout is needed, with the artwork mirrored for right-to-left text. GTIN & Barcode
A retail program needs a scannable GTIN/barcode on the consumer unit. The GTIN is issued to your brand by your GS1 organisation — it identifies you as the brand owner, so we print the barcode you provide rather than assigning one on your behalf. Supply the GTIN with your artwork and we lay it into the retail box or wrap at print, sized and quiet-zoned to scan reliably at the till.
